Refund Policy
All ticket sales for the Upward Business Leadership Summit are final. Due to the significant planning and commitments required to host this event, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket purchase has been completed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual up until 30 days before the event at no additional charge. To request a transfer, please contact our team at support@upwardsummit.com.
In the rare event that the summit is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be given the option to apply their purchase toward the rescheduled date or receive a credit for a future Upward event.
