Yes — Pinnacle-tier attendees receive 3 months of access to Upward’s online MasterMind community, keeping the momentum going long after the summit concludes.
Master Classes are smaller-group, 90-minute, deep-dive leadership development workshops led by industry experts. You can attend two per day (depending on your ticket level) and walk away with frameworks and tools you can implement immediately. General session speakers will offer more broad insights and stories and are more of a presentation and less of a hands-on workshop.
